Today we lost Diane Fumetti to cancer (Diane is on the left in the photo above). She was my Mother’s best friend, my Father’s sister and a second Mother to me throughout my childhood. I will warmly remember your always present glasses of iced tea that I would steal sips from and the constant country music soundtrack that played in the background. Today, I’m still that crying child that would not let go of you at the airport when you’d make your many trips to Alaska. You, like my Mother, taught me kindness, unconditional love and the importance of family. I love you. My heart is with her Son Rusty and Daughter Amy, forever.
Goodbye
Watched this sunset with a love, a loss in my ears.
Cameron’s Trucks
I always think of Cameron when I see these trucks at the base of Black Butte.
Memories
I’m saying hello to some memories from over 24 years of annual visits. I love this place and a part of me will always be here. Just over my shoulder. #halfmoonbay
